Frank Vocci

Overview

Frank spent 11 years at the FDA as a reviewer where he performed reviews of INDs and NDAs for analgesic drugs and treatments for substance abuse disorders. Frank also performed abuse liability evaluations of medications and compounds for both domestic and international scheduling purposes. Frank spent 19 1/2 years at NIDA where he ran the Medications Development Program for the last 12 years that he was there. Four addiction drug products approved by the FDA came directly out of the program. Additionally, the immunotherapy for addictive disorders started in his division.
